SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to KALOWAN Sportswear’s Shipping Policy. We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process, rates, and delivery times.

  • We compare the shipping rates across FedEx, UPS, and USPS to find the most cost-effective carrier to ship to your destination.  However, some orders may be shipped differently.
  • The date of shipment (e.g., the date your order is picked up or dropped off by the carrier) is not considered a shipping day.
  • Orders are shipped between Monday through Friday and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. 
  • We provide the tracking number with your invoice so that you can monitor your package.
  • We offer Expedited Shipping for an additional fee. Please note: this will not guarantee production will be expedited.
  • Please inform us if you opt for Expedited Shipping while your order is still being manufactured. We cannot guarantee Expedited Shipping options once production is complete.
  • We do not accept 3rd-party shipping accounts.
  • Some carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a valid shipping address to avoid delays.
  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, we must verify your destination address again before shipping again.  If the return was due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, and we will not be held liable.
